Papers: The format will be the same as previous years. Posters continue to be encouraged, and in some cases slide presentations may be requested to become posters, based on time limitations. Please see Presenter's Checklist for abstract and presentation information.
WOPDMC Mixer
The mixer will occur again on Wednesday evening, Jan. 13, 2009, 5pm-7pm. Still a no-host bar format; you don't need a ticket, just come with your wallet and pay as you go.
Poster presentation and coffee break will be held from 10 am to 11 am on Thursday morning, January 14. Those presenting posters should be available at their posters during that time.
2010 Tree Fruit Diseases - Thursday, January 14
Tree Fruit Disease Meeting will be held Thursday, January 14, from 8:30 a.m. until noon in the Broadway IV Room. The time will be extended into the afternoon if there are enough scheduled presentations, late presentation submissions, or further discussion. Contact Section Chair Rachel Elkins, rbelkins@ucdavis.edu, or call 707-263-6838 with your topic and desired presentation length. Abstracts are welcome: please submit abstracts using the same formatting and email to the same location as entomology. A no-host group dinner for Wednesday night , January 13, is being considered for after the mixer. Please let Rachel know if you are interested in dining together.Future Meeting Dates:
2011: January 12, 13, 14, 2011 (remains tentative until October 2010)
